High-Speed Hole-Punching Units
With our electromagnetic punching units you can punch holes by reaching speeds up to 200 meters per minute in materials such as PE, BOPP, PP, paper, and many more.
Special features
The punching tools are actuated by special high-performance magnets. The stations can be offered in various widths (40 mm - 120 mm). Moreover, by connecting in series up to 4 punching bars (electronically synchronized) the lateral punching distances can be halved.
Thanks to a unique quick-change system, a wide variety of punches and height-adjustable dies can be exchanged at the punching stations easily.
A careful choice of materials also ensures a very long service life of the matrices and extremely low material wear.
